"wow" 2010-02-12
By Dave (NY, NY)
I have tried many products before, and this beats them all. I had minimal results with rogaine and nioxin. With Rogaine/Nioxin, I saw some little fuzzy hairs grow, but they never really amounted to anything (after well over a year of continual use), but now after 1 month with Revita/Rogaine, those little fuzzy hairs are much more abundant, and some of them are actually beginning to get color! I will stick with this product, my hair is thicker now than it was years ago (age 26 now, hair loss began at age 19).

"Great shampoo all around" 2010-02-12

I've been using Revita shampoo for about three months now. I haven't noticed hair growth but I have noticed less hair falling out.

If nothing else this shampoo feels good and leaves your hair feeling clean - not oily or rough.

"Works Slowly but Regrows Healthier Hair that Lasts Longer" 2010-01-26
By E. James (Ft. Worth, TX USA)
I'm a 40-year-old woman with thinning hair in the front. I couldn't grow my bangs anymore. The front hair would grow to a certain length (down to my cheekbones) then fall off. With the front thinning at a more alarming rate once I hit 40, I did some research and started using this shampoo.

What I've found after 4 months of regular use (once every 3 days):

*Hair regrows more slowly than I'd anticipated, but these regrowths are thicker and seem healthier.

*I can now see areas that were quite sparse 4 months ago getting slowly filled up with short new growths.

*The shampoo feels great on your scalp while you're shampooing and after. The scalp feels cleaner to the point that I didn't need to shampoo as often anymore. My scalp used to get quite oily in less than 48 hours after the last shampoo. Now, I can go 3 days without washing my hair. After a daily workout session at the gym, all I have to do is rinse my hair and scalp with water. I could never get away with that before. (Less frequent washes = more hair on the head.)

*As an added benefit, shampoo makes your hair look thicker after styling too.

Now the cons:

*It works slowly. I didn't see much improvement in terms of new growth until the beginning of the 3rd month.

*Being such a cleansing product, it strips off your hair color really fast. This is the problem I'm facing. At 40, gray hair starts popping up here and there and permanent coloring is the only way I can cover gray. While on this product, don't bother paying $200+ for a coloring job; the color comes off in less than a week while you're on it. (That's why in the accompanying booklet, they recommend against hair coloring for people with hair loss problem.)

I'll keep using this product and post my updates in the future. So far, the pros outweigh the cons and I'm more concerned about keep the hair on my head than how much gray I have.

"Good Product .. will continue using !" 2010-01-21

I've used it for a little over a month.. but I think it helps.. At least it's helping with the hair loss

"Sorry, it does NOT work !" 2010-01-17
By Lyubomir Georgiev Totev (EUROPE)
I am sorry to say this, but this product did NOT work for me. I am not saying it is a bad shampoo, but it is definitely not a good hair-regrowth or hair loss stopping shampoo either. It LOOKS good, it SMEELS good, it leaves your hair FEEL good.

But using this for almost 6 months now , five days a week I can tell you- unfortunately it does NOT do what it is supposed to- EVEN WORSE - because of washing your hair too often( five times a week is too much)it can get even THINNER and worse looking :( So I am gonna finish my third bottle of this THING nnow and say BYE -BYE REVITA.

Onlything that makes me wonder are the WONDERFUL reviews of this product- come one ! I though amazon reviews are honest and real ? Maybe not ? :(
